Infrared emitters radiate heat toward your body, so the cabin does not need the same high air temperature to create a warm sauna experience.
An infrared sauna at 130°F should not be judged as a traditional sauna that “failed to get hot enough.” It is a different heating system. Likewise, someone who loves the enveloping heat and steam ritual of a traditional sauna may find infrared too gentle.

Choose the heat style first. If you want intense hot air, stones and steam, traditional is the natural place to start. If you prefer radiant warmth at a lower room temperature and quicker startup, start with infrared.
